Production order tracking without planning
This feature lets operators start production on a production order (PO) number from the PerfTrak tablet, even if the PO was not planned beforehand. If the PO does not exist yet, the operator creates it on the spot by assigning a product to it.
It must be enabled in three places: once on the web platform, then twice in the tablet options.
1. Enable the option on the platform
On teeptrak.net, go to Administration > Licenses & Machines > Machines.
On the row of the machine concerned, click Edit.
Check Enable production order lines, then save.
2. Enable the option on the tablet
On the PerfTrak tablet, open the settings, then Options.
In the PerfTrak Options tab, at the very bottom, check Enable production order without planning.
On the Production order lines row, select Production order.
Production can now start on a PO number.
3. Start a PO
On the tablet’s main screen, tap Change PO. The list of existing POs is displayed.
Enter the PO number in the search bar:
The PO appears: it is already planned. Select it.
The PO does not appear: tap Products to create it, choose the product, then enter the expected quantity to produce if needed.
