This page displays the ranking of the 5 main causes of loss recorded on your line, following the Pareto principle: a minority of causes concentrates the majority of the performance losses.
The data is based on the stoppages and micro-stoppages informed by the operators when they record losses. The more precise and complete those entries are, the more representative of the shop floor the Pareto is.
Each cause is shown with the colour code defined in the loss tree of your TEEPTRAK platform, which makes the families of losses — breakdowns, waiting, quality, and so on — immediately identifiable.
