KPIs can be shared according to the type of account, its rights (creating factories, managing managers) and its perimeter (full or partial).
1. Rules by type of account
Administrator account — can share KPIs with all accounts, managers and operators alike.
Manager account — can share with other managers in the same perimeter and with all operators, but cannot share KPIs with the administrator, nor share KPIs with managers on non-common perimeters.
Managers with lower perimeters will not be able to share their KPIs with managers with broader perimeters; only the reverse is possible.
Operator account — operator accounts cannot share KPIs.
Specific features of intra-manager sharing
- If all permissions are granted to the manager in question, they will be able to share KPIs with all managers, in the same way as the administrator account.
- If the manager account does not have the right to manage managers, it won't be able to share its KPIs with other managers, and only operator accounts will be able to receive the KPIs shared by this account.
- Conversely, for a manager, the ability to create factories and have full visibility over the dashboard does not allow them to share their KPIs. However, they will be able to receive all KPIs shared by all manager accounts.
