The loss history shown on the tablet is stored locally on the device. That storage is shared between all the machines the tablet monitors: the more machines connected to a tablet, the shorter the period that fits in memory.
Duration kept depending on the number of machines
Machines connected to the tablet | History available on the tablet |
|---|---|
1 machine | 7 days |
2 machines | 4 days |
3 machines | 3 days |
4 machines | 2 days |
This is why a tablet connected to a single machine keeps 7 days of history, while a tablet connected to three machines is limited to 3 days.
Beyond that window, the data is no longer present on the tablet, so the loss history cannot be displayed there over a longer interval.
Extending the history duration
If you need a longer period on a specific line, the only way to extend it is to reduce the number of machines connected to that line's tablet.
💡 Keep this in mind at installation: the machines are set when the tablet is declared (Multi-machine box, see Tablet Installation).
