4. Producing an automated routing (with a sensor)

Updated 28 days ago

In this mode, a sensor automatically counts the pieces produced: the operator triggers the start and the end of the batch, then explains the variances observed. To activate it: parameters > Options > Application options > Sensor to count products.

Please note: this mode does not work in multi-task mode.

1. Start production

From the "Inter-product time" screen, press Start production.

Select the routing (or the product).

2. Automatic production monitoring

The sensor increments the count automatically. The screen compares the actual production ("Actual") with the theoretical target ("Target") in real time:

  • Advance detected: actual production exceeds the target, the circle stays green.
  • Perfect synchronisation: actual and theoretical production are aligned.
  • Delay detected: actual production falls behind the target, the circle turns red and the delay is displayed.

3. Ending the batch and explaining the variances

Press End of batch and confirm.

The qualification screen is displayed, with the time to be explained.
