7. Reports

Updated 28 days ago

The PaceTrak Reports feature lets you generate customised performance summaries, either automatically (scheduled sending) or manually (on demand), from the PaceTrak > Reports tab.

1. Automatic report

Click Automatic Reports and fill in the form: report name, recipient e-mail addresses, perimeter, language, time and frequency of sending.

Then select the items to include: efficiency history, losses Pareto, by operator, by machine, by product, problems commented by the operator, alarms triggered, product count. The selection is made item by item; once an item is selected, you can customise the details displayed and change the order by dragging and dropping.

Click Save the items: the report will be generated automatically at the scheduled frequency.

Shift analysis is only available in automatic reports.

2. Manual report

The process is identical, with the exception of the time and frequency settings. After Save items, switch to the Generated Reports tab, select the period you wish to analyse, then click Generate Report. The report appears in the table, with three possible actions: view, regenerate or delete.

3. Managing the reports

In the All files tab, all the reports that have been edited are kept. For each report, you can regenerate it (recalculating the data), change its configuration, deactivate it (automatic reports) or delete it.
